May 1990 Head Office relocated from 1-121-1, Akebono-cho, Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture
to 5-6-10, Hikino-cho, Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture(current location)
July 1990 Development of CPU unit and analog unit for process control of semiconductor production equipment
